On the occasion of the XXX Congress INU from 3 to 6 April in Riva del Garda the Municipality of Montemarciano is present at the VII RUN – National Urban Review – a great exhibition to tell the future of Italian territories through innovative projects and plans. The RUN- Mosaic Italy: telling the future- has treated 4 themes: fragile Italy, polycentric Italy, Italy of the networks and Italy that regenerates, described in the presentation brochure as
“four views of the country to tell the future characterized by an unstoppable urbanism of the populations. Four narrative layers that represent innovative practices, experiments, inertia. In a word, plans that advance projects of a society in profound change. A way to read the many changes in the different Italian territories, between national strategies and local agendas, projects, extraordinary programs, new generation plans, ordinary territorial and urban planning of the various levels of government of the territory”.
The Municipality of Montemarciano participates in the exhibition with the display of two panels connected to a day of study with the presentation of about 150 cases in 16 consecutive and parallel seminars. As members of the Governing Council of the Marche Section of the INU and as technicians appointed by the Municipality to design the two interventions on display, Arch. Angelini Roberta and the Arch. Vitali Gloria took care of the graphic presentation of the panels and participated as speakers in two seminars of the “Italy that regenerates” section with MONTEMARCIANO. A SQUARE TO REGENERATE THE CITY in the seminar Programs and actions for sustainable cities and from THE MAPS OF COMMUNITY TO URBAN PROJECTS: PARTICIPATIVE PROCESS IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF MONTEMARCIANO in the seminar Welfare, urban quality and participation. An important showcase in a cultural and scientific context of depth and value for our Municipality and an opportunity to recognize the far-sighted and fruitful approach to managing the transformation of our territory made up to here.
