Montemarciano is located north of the mouth of the Esino. The territory is mainly formed by a gentle hill overlooking the sea, followed by other hills of second and third row. To the east there is a view of the Gulf of Ancona, in the distance the profile of the Conero, to the south the one of the Apennines, with the typical profile of Monte San Vicino in the foreground.
